The franchise investment is inclusive of the following:

Imported Surplus Inventory

Customers may choose from a range of products from S.O.S. These are affordable, high-quality surplus products of reputable brands. S.O.S features a wide range of items, among them:

• Computers and peripherals
• Electronics, such as televisions, stereos, radios
• Home appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and air conditioners
• General merchandise, including toys, furniture, power tools, and more

S.O.S purchases its products from various surplus sources such as closeouts and liquidations, overstock and overrun merchandise, shelf pull outs, discontinued items, manufacturer’s quality rejects/open box, floor models, customer returns, and salvaged items. Most of these products are imported from the USA, Australia, and other countries.

Quality-Testing and Warranty Services

We have technicians available to test, refurbish, recondition, and/or remanufacture items before they go on sale. Our personnel ensure that products sold in any S.O.S store are fully-functional and meet customer expectations.

To further guarantee the quality of S.O.S wares, customers receive warranty services and have access to post-warranty repairs.
